I was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Where my early childhood was framed by the bleak reality of inner city living. After encountering a close brush with death at the age 13, I moved to Houston, Texas with my aunt looking for a fresh start. I was able to see my aunt’s success through her hard work in Corporate America and it motivated me to go beyond anything I had ever known. Through sheer determination, I graduated in 2005 from the University of Cincinnati all the while working 3 jobs and supporting my younger sister with very little help from home. Because my grades weren’t as high as most companies required I was turned down for many positions however, I was determined to land a job and finally an opportunity presented itself at General Motors. Six years later, I am a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt supporting global initiatives for a Fortune 500 company.

What can I say, beautiful and grace exceeds words. Keep doing what you do. Blessing flow from you. See you in my thoughts. Take care.

LOve is the most powerful force on earth, and the way it has been expressed in this site I AM more than joyous.

Peace Queen, I’m so glad that you are filled with Gods Love! Its a blessing to see His love manifesting through you! I wish you many blessings and much success. I hope we can be an example to other young African American females by supporting and praying for one another. Thank you for having the courage to step out on faith and to share your gifts with the world!
It was a pleasure meeting you at the dinner last week. Blessings to you in everything you do!
God Bless!
You truly have been God’s evidence of a blossom unfolding quietly in the presence of others. The perserverance you displayed in reaching back to Karima to share the blessings Peachie offered was based upon extraordinary unqualified love. I’m proud to say, cousin, that your beauty goes far beyond the flesh and has been so wonderful to witness. As you continue to grow spirtually I hope and pray that your dreams result in God’s work exemplied by unselfish deeds with unimagined rewards.
I know that story! Longtime no see! Just stopping by to see how ur doing, and its good to see and hear that ur doing good! Hope to hear from you! Joshua
You go girl! I love the energy in your writing.
Keep it up!
