My Background & History...
I am originally from Cleveland, OH and currently reside in Houston, TX. Professionally, I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt spanning across Global Procurement/Sourcing, Engineering, Global Supply Chain and Commercial (Sales & Marketing).
I obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Cincinnati (UC). And a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU).
Over the last 21 years, I have worked in the following industries: Chemical, Metals, Wire & Cable Manufacturing, Automotive, HVAC, Oil & Gas, Industrial Building, Consulting, FoodService and Technology.
As for The Career Hamster Wheel, I have ran the race tirelessly over the last two decades. Therefore, I know intimately the challenges balancing career success versus career happiness. I recognize the implications from a lack of clarity on purpose when navigating a professional career.
