In Her Own Words

“A refreshing joy is like a cool summer breeze or even a sip of cold lemonade as we sojourn through life, let’s find that moment of refreshing joy.  It can be in a reflection of where you have come from, how you helped someone out of the kindness of your heart or even accomplishing a goal you had set for yourself.  In the morning is the best time to realize God has given you a refreshing joy and that’s another day.  Take today and go extend a helping hand or even a listening ear share some love through compassion.”
What is your refreshing joy?  Have you reflected lately on the things you are grateful for?  Are you at the same place you were last year?  When is the last time you did something out of the kindness of your heart?  Have you set goals for yourself?  Have you accomplished some goals?  Have you thanked God for this moment?
