“Speaking on how you feel for some people is easy to do, while it isn’t so easy for others.  When you speak on your feelings think it through carefully but, don’t dumb it down so much the other parties receiving the message do not clearly understand your point of view.”
Are you being honest with yourself and how you feel about people or situations?  Can you clearly articulate how you feel without dumbing down the message where people are mislead or confused?  Are you willing to share how you feel so, other people are not in the dark about how you feel?
